1. What Kalmat is

Kalmat Trading Journal is a trade journaling, analytics and discipline platform. Kalmat is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, research analyst or portfolio manager, is not registered with SEBI or any financial regulator, does not hold or handle client funds or securities, and does not provide investment advice or recommendations.

2. Trading risk

Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, derivatives (including index futures and options), commodities and cryptocurrencies involves a high level of risk and can result in the loss of your entire capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All content on this platform — including sentiment readings, support/resistance levels, institutional positioning data, AI-generated summaries and community trade ideas — is informational reference only, is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and must not be relied upon as financial advice. You trade entirely at your own risk.

3. Order routing (Trade Ticket)

Where you connect your own brokerage account (for example via MetaApi), orders placed through the journal are transmitted to your own broker account under your sole control and responsibility. The discipline gate (stop-loss requirement, risk caps, tilt locks and similar features) is a personal productivity tool, not a guarantee against loss. Execution, slippage, pricing and settlement are the responsibility of your broker. You are responsible for complying with your broker's and prop firm's terms.

4. Your account and data

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the trade data you upload or sync. We use it solely to provide the service.
Broker API tokens you save are used only to fetch your own trade data and, where you explicitly enable it, to place or modify orders you initiate.
Community posts (Trade Ideas and comments) are public to other users and permanent by design — they cannot be deleted by their author. Do not post anything you may want removed later.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that abuse the platform, post unlawful content, or attempt to sell signals or investment services to other users.

5. Market data and third-party services

Charts and market data are provided by third parties (including TradingView, exchange data providers, Yahoo Finance, Binance and CFTC public data). Data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate; we make no warranty of accuracy or availability. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

6. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data errors, missed alerts or notifications, delayed order transmission, or any trading decision you make. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Acceptable use

No scraping, reverse engineering, reselling of data, automated abuse, or use of the platform for unlawful market activity. One account per person unless agreed otherwise.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. Questions: admin@tradeidhazh.com.
